From the initial meeting, we will get to know you both, and create a design which reflects your style and personality.
Share your ideas and stories. Tell us what you like, what you don’t like and what you love. Then leave it with us to create you your very own bespoke proposal.
This service is designed for the couple who want to be totally blown away when they see the final transformation.
What To Expect
The First Meeting
We love to talk. Arrange a free, no obligation meeting with one our design team This usually lasts about an hour and can be arranged at a mutually convenient location. Bring your mum, your bridesmaids, your best man, who ever you like. The aim is to get to know you both and to hear everything you have wished for your big day. Bring pictures, swatches, colors and any other inspirations to start the ball rolling.
Around 2 weeks after your initial meeting, you will receive our proposal. Our inspiration board will take you through each individual design aspect of the day. This visual delight, will give you a real idea of what to expect. We also give you a full line by line estimate, to help with your budgeting. If you are happy, then we are happy, all we need is a small deposit to secure your booking.
The Final Meeting
Around 3 months before your wedding, we will meet again to run through all of the final details. Our couples often book our services two years in advance, we are constantly researching and creating new designs, things change and new inspiration and design details emerge. This is the chance to make sure your Wedding design is still on track and any final tweaks and changes can be made.
We will liaise with your coordinator and ensure we are in place on the day to deliver the transformation. Super efficient logistics and planning will mean that no detail is forgotten, and everything is executed with pure perfection. This is our favourite part of the whole process and we want your words as you enter, to be the same as our final words as we leave… WOW!

Once you have had time to come back down to earth and look back on your amazing day, we’d love to hear from you.
